How Do I Subscribe?

Subscribing is easy following these steps:

NOTE:  The Tex. Dept. of Public Safety changed the CHL-100 form in response to passage of HB910 in 2015.  Accordingly, some pages shown in  the How Do I Subscribe video appear differently than the updated form used to subscribe.  The changes are minimal and easily understood on  the form.

Subscribing to only takes a few minutes and you can save time by watching the video “I’m Sold!  How do I subscribe?” that explains the process and the information you will need to complete the online registration form.  You will provide all of the information necessary for us to include you in our system and create the customized Excel spreadsheet that will work with our online system to automate creation of CHL-100’s and CHL-8’s for all of your students in all of your classes.  This only takes a few minutes if you watch the video first and have the required information ready when you log into the subscription page.

When you are ready to subscribe, just click on the “Subscribe” button in the main menu and you will be redirected from the demo site to the secure “live” site where you will have to log in again using the demo login Username: instructor and demo Password: chldemo.  When you have logged in, you will be taken directly to the subscription page where you will select either a Monthly Subscription or the Annual Subscription.  These are multi-page forms, but don’t be discouraged, they are short pages and you will be providing much information simply by selecting from a dropdown list. 

If you chose the Annual subscription, you will be taken to our PayPal site where you will pay for the subscription using a credit card of your choice.  It is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account.  If you have selected Monthly Subscription, it is necessary for you to have a PayPal account in order to set up the monthly subscription payment. 

Once your subscription form is submitted and the fee has been paid, we will set up your account and  customize an Excel spreadsheet for you.  We will then send you an email notification that you are in our system and can start booking classes.  The customized Excel spreadsheet will be attached to that email as well.
